Project Management
We know that customers prefer to work with one person at Atlas who
understands requirements and is the primary point of contact throughout
the specification and installation of our software.
We appoint a project manager for each of our customers and this person
will oversees all aspects of the business relationship.
Our project manager is responsible for gaining a thorough understanding
of your business and how your relationship with your trading community
works.
This then undergoes analysis and a proposed solution is developed encompassing the
software and its features and benefits, the installation process, roll-out, ongoing support and any training requirements, together with a cost
breakdown and delivery schedule.
Our project manager will discuss the proposal with the customer in detail to ensure
everything is fully understood and prepared for.
Following installation the project manager will stay in contact with the
customer to ensure that the full range of benefits offered by the software
are achieved.
